Unpublished data can be obtained from e-Data (subject to availability and confidentiality).

Fees and Payments

• Annual Property Market Report: RM 100 (online payment receipt must be submitted upon collection at the selected JPPH office)
• Fees for self-generated data will be automatically calculated based on search result content.
• Payment for tailored data will be calculated based on search result content.

Online payments via FPX (payment gateway) through e-Data.

e-Data Manual

e-Data will be available starting from October 1, 2020. For the first phase, e-Data is only open to Registered Valuers and Real Estate Agents.

Property Transaction Data for the previous month will not be available for purchase until the 15th of the following month.
